I am not from the area an unfortunately broke down at Knutsford Services. Whilst awaiting recovery and suspecting that it could not be fixed by the recovery services, I looked for local garages and their reviews. This was the closest and had positive reviews. I called up, explained the situation and gave a vague description of the fault. The garage agreed to order in the parts they thought they may need and would return those that were not required. I had the recovery vehicle take me to the garage and I arrived at 12:00PM. The suspension coil had been replaced by 15:00 allowing me to make my journey home. The service was excellent and the cost less than I thought it would be. This was all despite them having other work to complete and knowing they would be unlikely to receive any repeat business as I am not local.

This is the only place I will go to for my car, l have been going here for a few years now and will not go anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience with these guys!
They're incredibly friendly and customer service is spot on. they also ring you to tell you if extra work needs doing and ask for your permission to fix it BEFORE fixing it, which I actually really like. I have come across a few garages in the past where they do the extra work then tell you after and expect to be paid for it even though they didn't have my permission.
Absolutely genuine people and I would highly reccomend
